Heads of Service webinars
The first quarterly 2021 BAA Heads of Service webinar took place at the end of January. Over 100 department heads were online to hear about work by the BAA to support members. The sessions aimed to share key audiological guidance and information, and act as a forum to engage, discuss, and support each other, particularly during the pandemic. Topics included the recent joint guidance update, a BAA Statement pertinent to NHS members, new Board and roles, NHSP updates, wax removal work with RNID, and others. All Heads of Services webinars can be viewed on the BAA website.
