Over half of Gen Z people have experienced hearing problems from exposure to loud music.  A new survey reveals the extent, while tinnitus-affected singer and producer Lemar urges people to protect their hearing.

Pop artiste and producer Lemar (Lemar Obika) wasn't careful with his hearing. His career in the music industry meant he "pushed his ears to the limit". Now, he confesses: "Usually I don't sleep unless there's a little bit of noise in the background. It could be a TV, or sometimes I have headphones on and I listen to the ocean or something like that."
