Phonak launches own e-training platform for customers

Phonak has announced in press-release dated March 23 the launch of its new e-learing platform.
The Swiss manufacturer of hearing instruments and wireless communication solutions is aiming to helpits customers refine their understanding of relevant topics related to products, audiological background and counselling techniques.
In addition to supplying background information about the Phonak products and services and hostinggeneral topics related to hearing loss, the platform provides learning modules on general audiologicaltopics. In the future hearing care professionals will be able to take part in training courses on sales negotiations or improve their counselling skills by learning how to involve family members in the journey of people with hearing loss.

ThePhonak Learning platform offers live sessions featuring specialist presentations and discussion rounds with trainers; platform users can also interact amongst themselves. The platform is already available for customers in Canada, the USA and France. Further countries will follow and learning modules willbe added regularly.
