Sonion A/S, the global leader in micro acoustic and micro mechanical technologies and solutions for hearing instruments, in-ear earphones and specialty headsets, today announced the release of the third spin-off from the popular E-series platform: The dual receiver E90D for power applications. It is indeed specifically designed to match the requirements of power BTEs. The new E90D holds best in class low frequency MPO of 118 dB SPL and a peak output of 138 dB SPL. The receiver comes with rounded corners for a better fit rate and similar to all receivers in the E-series, it is designed with complete encapsulation of the motor for reduced magnetic radiation.
