Widex UK has launched a plush new purpose-designed customer experience space in Chester, North West England, aiming to entice visitors from independent audiology businesses to explore the Widex sound and deals during a welcoming business encounter.
Launched in February with a series of immersive events, the new facilities were described by the brand – part of the WS Audiology group that also markets Signia – as a chance "to find a new way of thinking about the customer journey".
Emma Williams, Widex UK Brand manager said, “The aim has been to create a space which demonstrates how our customers can achieve the ultimate customer experience, a space where clients feel welcome and at ease to start their hearing care journey, something which is notoriously hard within the industry.“
