On July 24 Unitron US has announced the appointment of Kate Handley as vice president of strategic accounts and customer experience. According to the press release, Handley will be responsible for defining and delivering an exceptional customer experience for Unitron US hearing healthcare customers, supporting them with the right products and solutions to enable differentiation and business success in a fast-evolving business landscape.
“Since 2000, Kate has been an integral part of the Unitron family,” says Mike Dittmann, President, Unitron US. “Her passion for building strong and lasting customer relationships coupled with her ability to understand the unique needs of hearing healthcare professionals has been invaluable to our organization. It involves every single touch point and extends to every interaction a customer has with our organization. Kate has consistently demonstrated her understanding and belief of this.”

Handley’s responsibility for ensuring an exceptional customer experience touches every area of the company, including the U.S. launch of new products and services, training, hosting customer events, customer service, audiology training and technical support, and government services. She’s also responsible for supporting strategic customer accounts, attending to their individual support and business requirements.

Prior to this appointment, Kate Handley served as Director of Customer Experience for Unitron US. Her other roles within the organization have included Director of Strategic Sales Initiatives for Unitron Global (based in Switzerland), Managing Director of Unitron Australia, Marketing Manager for Unitron Canada and Product Marketing Manager for Unitron Global.
