Audiology Worldnews Special issue
As every year Audiology Worldnews has published a special issue related to the ME-OTO that can now be read online here.
Dubai is undoubtedly a historical point of cultural convergence. And in the 21st century, it still clearly yearns to be at the heart of efforts in innovation. Our aim in this issue is to show off the riches that come from sharing knowledge, know-how, and means destined towards the achievement of amazing objectives.
So, you can read and learn about the European School on Interdisciplinary Tinnitus (ESIT) project, which is bringing together young people from over ten countries. We also cover cooperation between the KU Leuven University (Belgium) and the Technical University of Valencia (Spain) in order to develop the D-Noise system, which will advance patient testing and enhance comfort for the general public in many different situations.
Finally, we feature a different approach on how to place the otology profession at the everyday assistance of people, in leisure time too, and this again involves teamwork, this time in Italy and focusing on prevention.
