Welcome to Hanover: AWN's EUHA Congress special issue is here

EUHA 2016

Audiology Worldnews EUHA Special Issue

This is the third year running that Audiology Worldnews has been published in printed format during the EUHA congress. As the indispensable news website for audiology-sector decision makers, we could hardly sit this one out.

Our latest issue is packed with carefully-selected content on the hottest issues around. One that has certainly become a talking point is the use of rechargeable solutions in hearing care, a good reason to devote a full article to covering the current state of this question following recent product launches. You’ll also find three of the key lecturers featuring at the congress: Professor Hélène Amieva, already well-known to Audiology Worldnews readers, and Nicholas Reed, both of whom share a focus on healthy ageing; and Dr. Aazh, who reports to us on how patients evaluate his tinnitus and hyperacusis rehabilitation.

The time is ripe to make professional know-how count

In addition to a summary of sales figures for this last year in Western Europe, we look at how both producers and hearing care professionals can get the most from recent interest in new technology linked to sound in all kinds of electronic devices— wearables, connectivity, among others. This is a time for audiology professionals to seize the moment and position themselves as essential experts in the field.
