What can hearing aid professionals do during a natural disaster?

Hearing aid technicians in the north of Japan faced a triple disaster starting on March 11, 2011 with the earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear accident in Fukushima. In this catastrophic situation, they tried to help hearing impaired people who were in trouble. Their experiences are valuable and should be shared with hearing aid professionals in other countries. A disaster happens without warning and can occur anywhere.
